• Job Details:· Ensures that the facility and personnel are technologically updated and equipped as the need requires and within the budget requirements. · Develop and implement a water and wastewater quality sampling and analysis program to provide reporting against relevant regulatory of drinking water, wastewater, sludge and environmental standards. · Responsible for implementing and ongoing support for the Laboratory Information System. · Approves and implements strategies, policies and programs to ensure the organization meets targets and compliant to applicable government regulations and standards. · Implement certification against the requirements of ISO 17025 for all parameters identified in the Water and Wastewater Sampling and Analysis Program. · Supervise teams and subcontractors in charge of monitoring the water quality, review team targets and requirements, steer monthly process meetings and follow up process targets. · Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation relating to water quality, including QAQC-related documents and audit-related documents. Ensure that all documents are up to date. · Ensure monthly and annual reports of performance against Agreement KPIs, and performance indicators. · Ensure good collaboration and interaction with entities and local authorities. · Support the definition on H&S procedures and action plan and ensure they are implemented -Manage the laboratory operations and performance. -Plan and implement testing systems for each of the tests performed in the laboratory. -Implement operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery. -Advise, negotiate and manage all the laboratory contracts. -Job include all waste and industrial water lab and QC/QA management work. - Preparation and implementation of Omega System and ISO 9001 - Initiating Laboratory from scratch, with all laboratory’s activities including sampling, hiring and training of chemists and Lab Technicians, starting and follow up of each test related to the field and preparing all the QC/QA forms together with the final sheet for the results with data analysis. I also made many changes in the design of the lab and the arrangement of the lab furniture to be more convenient to the related work. Making laboratory budget and managing it.

• Job Details:-operation department : 1-correlation between the lab and process , and sharing solutions for the troubleshooting which may face the operation team through training of operation team as (Sampling control , Biological treatment and understanding laboratory results . 2-Giving field support with operation team and providing solution onsite as a part of sharing information between lab and operation . -Safety department : 1-Periodical toolboxes for operation and maintenance team and preparation of many courses and training like , biological hazard , chemical handling ,and Many other courses and training 2-Officially now I am the safety trainer and instructor for Suez branch in Alexandria project and share with Algabal Alasfar project in Cairo our courses and training 3- Preparation and sharing with the group toolbox about motorcycle accident and Made a presentation of Road risk during celebration of world safety day 4- four years I have the best employee high safety performance and safety culture within our team -Environmental department : 1-as a part of my study is the environmental chemistry and I have high interest in this part during my current position at Suez , I am sharing with the environmental team A lot of information 2- I am certified as ISO:14001/2015 Lead auditor and also accredit as lead auditor of environmental management from future academy of Egypt and certified also from Harvard training academy (this training powered by Suez Egypt)

• Job Details:.work as senior chemist at Suez international (Egypt branch ),Alexandria east wastewater treatment plant . .Specialist in the microbiology of biological treatment (MLSS ,Microscopic Examination , Fecal coli-form ,and chlorine injection analysis). .start with the start up of secondary treatment of AWWTP ,helped for good lab performance during this period and played a big role in the commissioning period and professional test . .Responsible for quality control of laboratory equipment and control of data. .Big knowledge of all laboratory procedures of drinking water and wastewater(Including industrial wastewater) and how to control the results. .Lab safety and control hazards are my responsibilities . .Good experience of how to deal with the client and subcontractors (two years). .leadership communications with the team. -KEY RESPONSIBILITY: • Design all analysis reports (EXCEL Software) • Held primary responsibility for all QC/QA, proficiency tests, analytical methods development, method validation, and technical and scientific writing • Interface between laboratory and consultants • Provided analytical support of field operations • Assured that all analyses met EPA and SMWW methodology. • Updating QA/QC and safety manuals • Implemented the lab start-up • Installed all equipment • Supervised analysis, QA/QC, and all operating procedures • Performed extractions and sample preparations • Startup of Alexandria wastewater treatment plant (Secondary treatment), played good role in the period of professional test, and lead the laboratory to success with the team. • Specialist in the bacteriological analysis of biological treatment samples and treated water (Microscopic examination, MLSS, total bacterial accounts and fecal coli_ form). • Leadership communications with the team.
