- Job Details:• Manage to formulate and implement Human Resources policies and procedures manual, SOPs that meet or exceed standards and ensure employees are informed of personnel policies and procedures affecting them. • Conducting Job Analysis for each position in every department to ensure creating & updating job Descriptions, Job Specifications & Competencies. • Designing flow chart diagrams for each process for all the departments to avoid mistakes & to ensure the effectiveness of each process in each department, lean organization, and simplification (structure- processes- system). • Managed Recruitment plans & supervising the junior recruiters in prescreening process, participate in interview and selection panels filtration, interviews & job offers, and orientation to ensure fulfilling each position with qualified candidates on time. • Managing Talent Acquisition starting from manpower planning coordination, workload analysis, and reporting versus recruitment within the regions. • Designing a Performance Management System (Objectives, KPIs, and Appraisal) for each department to ensure & maintain the effectiveness of each employee, and mentor leaders in effective development planning – quarterly review cycles – and ongoing feedback and mentorship throughout the year. • Work with leaders and employees to actively manage and resolve performance issues proactively • Collaborate with leaders and employees to proactively address and resolve performance issues. • Managed and conducted Job Evaluation process starting from job analysis, grading system, reviewing salary surveys, and designing salary structure matches the company strategy • Designing training needs assessment based on performance appraisal, succession plan, and budget. • Conducting technical training indoors for sales & coordinating with the L&D department on monthly training programs. • Participate and support the senior management with succession planning. • Managed the assessments and continuous monitoring of the complete HR business cycle and services (training & development, payroll & benefits, recruitment, engagement, relations, reporting, etc.) to ensure the success of the employee commitment, engagement process, and the implementation/maintenance of the quality of the different HR functions/processes according to the Group standard. • Supported the goal of establishing the organization’s human capital as a critical component in accomplishing business goals via analysis of job descriptions versus performance evaluation results and training plan/needs as well as a corporate development plan.
