PETROBEL is a subsidiary company of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and considered one of the largest companies working in petroleum and energy sector in Egypt. Scope: Client Representative of Petrobel Company. responsible for implementing the HSE Management System in construction, commissioning, testing of Zohr Development Project. Proper records of all permits and associated certificates raised in connection with operation and facility construction activities, and actively engage with operations and facilities construction teams in the on-site monitoring and auditing of permit to work to ensure those activities. We have ONSHORE & OFFSHORE Activities in the field. Inspect all equipment's and tools that will be work on the sit in addition to trucks. Coordinate and arrange for SIMOPS meeting between the departments before it is arranged to start working in the site. *According to Petrobel IMS include but not limited : •Ensuring the nature of the work and hazards are fully understood by all all affected parties. •In consultation with PRA and PA, Checking that all Hazards associated with proposed work has been identified.

Senior drilling HSE Engineer (onshore & offshore)Freelance / Project

• Job Details:South Sinai, Abu Rudes Fields/ Belayuim Petroleum Company, Egypt. Client Representative of ENI Company. Main Accountabilities: * Supervision of operations to ensure safety execution during rig moving. * Check of rig certificates: Cat-III & Cat-IV certificates. HSE equipment’s certificates. Marine/Lifting certificates. * Check the implementation of HSE management system on the rig site, T-Card System, PTW, RA, JSA, Lifting Plan, STOP-Card, Training & Drills, Near Miss and Incidents reports. Pre-tour, weekly and monthly meetings. HSE daily, weekly and monthly reports. * Performed audit to the drilling and work-over rigs (both marine and land) and created action tracker reports to follow-up action plan implemented by rig contractor and ensure effective close-out of findings with additional visits. * Follow-up implementation and familiarization on each rig site of the following Golden Rules in line with D&WO Dept. 2019 HSE plan: Permit to work system, SIMOPS Management System, Rig Certification Control, T-Card System, Lifting Operation.
