• Job Details:• Improving network KPIs in terms of Accessibility, retainability and integrity. • Setting Procedure and Methodologies for Auditing Back Office Activities and managing Quality Assurance of NOC Activities through all Domains (RAN, TX, IPBB, PS, CS, Security and VAS Teams) • Managing End to End Auditing team which responsible of Auditing All NOC Activities in different frequencies (Weekly, BI-Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly). • Following up all Corrective Actions in the mentioned Domains to align Etisalat Actual N.W with Planned one.

• Job Details:• Perform hardware and software corrective and preventive maintenance within SLA (service level agreement) to Access network for Etisalat mobile network inside Cairo 2G (RBS2116, RBS2216,RBS6000 family), 3G (RBS3206, RBS3107), Transmission (TNR4.4.3FP), Huawei 3G cabinets . • Site health check (sweep test, drive test, test calls, monitoring transmission performance) • Operation and maintenance of Micro Wave link (TRAFFICE NODE) and I already integrated all kinds of it such as (2P, 6P, 6PC, 20p) with all modules of transmission equipment such as (MMU 2C, 2D, 2H, 2F, NPU 1B, 3B, 1C) and all soft ware upgrade, capacity modulation upgrade of all those modules • Rectifying the DCN management problems for all sites which are not monitored to be monitored by SOEM to enable the remote OAM done by the NOC TX team. • Handling all CR activities on the RBS and TX levels. • Performing the re-routing tasks for sites with LOS problems by installing and commissioning new Links and making the new cross connections according to the new plan • Performing the battery test for indoor and outdoor hub sites to ensure the proper functioning and smooth operation in AC power failure cases. • Making routine check up for sites as per customer request for ensuring the QOS. • Making timely reports and sheets for sites after performing the preventive maintenance • Perform and handling All transmission Planes with Etisalat NOC Over Down Town Area, CR`s, Preventive Actions on Sub hubs and traffic rerouting in case of Emergencies. • Analysis of the generated outage report, recommending improvement of network quality problems
