Maintenance Planning ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Responsible for SAP Program especially PM module. •Planning / Monitoring Budget for Maintenance activities. •Review all the spare parts types and their stock balance with store team to secure maintenance activities over the year. •Maintain sufficient Stock from consumable parts and parts by purchasing, receiving, recording spare parts withdrawn & returned and conducting yearly count in order to maintain and control the optimum inventory and avoid extra & less stock. •Report the daily achievements to the line manager through organized reports and daily /weekly meetings. •Maintenance Cost Management. •Work on delivering the departments KPI’s related to Lines efficiency, Equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and energy saving actions. •Handle the process of parts manufacturing and local supply through external workshops and local supplier. •Monitor regularly the quality of maintenance done and follow up on by running trials operation and test equipment to ensure that all machines are running properly and minimize sudden break down.

Data AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:• Facilitated strategic decision-making by creating reports detailing findings and recommendations. • Collected, organized, and input information into digital database. • Analyzed and tracked data to prepare forecasts and identify trends. • Utilized data modelling knowledge and statistical analysis to note trends and draw conclusions by using Advanced Excel & Power BI. • Providing data-driven commercial analysis to measure and monitor business performance within the testing prep business segment. • Developing and delivering ongoing performance reporting in partnership with Finance. • Supporting the definition, development, and refinement of BI reports / dashboards for the most relevant and important key performance indicators. • Defined and documented system specifications. • Initiated updates to systems, enhancing workflows and adding new functionalities. • Contributed to range of projects, including data capture, storage, and forecast analysis.
