• Job Details:- Responsible for the requirements Programming, gathering, design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for the Pulp and Paper industry including software like Honeywell QCS System, PLC-DCS system (Honeywell Experion PMD- PKS R430, R510), and other Siemens PLCs. - Continually deal with issues that arise in production process and must be adaptable to new production trends and have an aptitude for technology. - Planning and organize Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) using (SAP); which includes monitoring and implementations of all Daily and Monthly Maintenance Plans. - Trouble-shooting analysis and planning for the major problems. - Preparing Failure analysis reports. - Preparing critical spare parts list & manage materials, arrange/carry-out new modification. - Follow-up/implementation of project jobs under my assignment, coordination/follow-up with other department as well. - Coordinate/follow-up of procurement, store and accounts for my scope.

OSIsoft PI System EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:The PI System is the Industrial Real-time enterprise Data System that Brings all operational data into a single system that can deliver it to users at all levels of the company – from the plant floor to the enterprise level, and keeps business critical data always online and available in a specialized time-series database. - Responsible for the installation, configuration and customization of OSI Soft. - Experience with OSI PI software system implementation and maintenance. - Experience with various OSI-PI applications such as PI Enterprise Server, PI Advanced Computing Engine, PI Performance equation, PI data link, PI Process book, Performance monitor. - Experience in interfacing PI systems with process control systems using OPC, PI to PI interface.
