• Job Details:Led the procurement department with spend base of PKR 700M, encompassing both OPEX and CAPEX. Sourcing and procurement of spare parts for lifters and vehicles. Development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and KPIs. Support manager procurement in internal and external audits. Prepared over 120 purchase orders for suppliers in SAP and checking bills for accuracy against purchase orders and submit to finance.
