- Handel HR activities, including but not limited job post, recruiting, schedule and organize interviews, participate and evaluate the applicant interviews, selecting, hiring, orientations and training.
- Writes, update, develop job descriptions and staff tasks and main roles.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

- Handle all Shipment required documents (invoice – Packing list – all Regulations).
- Daily monitoring of the shipments to make sure that will arrive on its time.
- Get rates of FCL – LCL and air shipments, manage to get lower cost with best service.
- Dealing and follow up with clearance agents to handle the shipments releasing.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department from the point of receiving the purchase orders to the point of delivering the orders.
