• Job Details:I am responsible for the security in the facility regarding fire evacuation program, environment , keys and badges and responsible for the facility in general. I create purchase orders and attest incoming invoices. I am responsible for the reception and take care of customers, book hotels, transport and plan events. I have contact with the suppliers and make sure the staff have everything they need. The official corporation language is English and also French.

• Job Details:Our team was responsible for approximately 3 000 suppliers to Volvo factories and we handled the support and education for them how to handle the order system and the handling and registration of emballage. The process of contract related question and invoices were on daily basis and I often investigated special cases. As coordinator for the team my responsible area was to handle the common mailbox and telephone and sort it to the responsible team member. I also updated certain KPI:s and statistics and measurements presented on our weekly meetings.
