• Job Details:· Hospital Data Committee Member · IT Project & Program Management · Business application analyst · Full hospital workflow cycle knowledge · Full hospital operation knowledge · Reporting directly to CEO · Providing Control Reports to CEO regarding hospital operations · Responsible of Hospital Information System - HIS · Responsible of variety of applications (ERP, Accounting, Payroll, Attendance, HR, Archiving, Web Portal, …) · Providing technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional, technical, hospital staff · Controlling hospital operations through system (Hospital Information System – HIS) and on site. · Collecting and analyzing business requirements and turn them into high quality solution requirements as technical specifications and user stories, prototypes, process · Task analysis, evaluation and Advising senior management · Translate technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versa · Direct contact with Software Supplier · Analyzing BOQs and Offers · Ensure that projects are delivered · Software Quality Analyst · Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling · Providing plans and solutions to reduce the processing time and cut unnecessary tasks · Identify and create a core set of business processes · Collaborate with the business to ensure business readiness and transfer knowledge for any new process or system · Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions

• Job Details:Company Committee Member Hospital Division · IT Project & Program Management · Business application analyst · Customer Relation Management & Support ( 38 Hospitals) · Full hospital workflow cycle knowledge · Supervising a team of developers, QA, and Support · Create solutions for customer requests · Creating Business Rules for developing required solution (SDLC) · Provide Solution Design and Database Structure · Analyzes the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users · Task analysis and evaluation · Advising senior management · Direct and Follow up with Developers on executing task as requested · Track tasks between development team and testing/QA team · Software Quality Analyst · Training staff in how to use the new systems · Tracking and documenting changes for functional and business specifications · Providing technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff · Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work · Deliver customer projects successfully · Manage customer expectations and relationship · Ensure that projects are delivered · Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early · Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling · Establish criteria concerning deliver-ability, performance, maintenance, design and costs · Translate technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versa · Maintain and improve requirement management and/or software development processes through the whole project life cycle · Travel to client sites as needed
