• Job Details:• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. • Handling Employee Concerns. • Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms. • Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs. • Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. • Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks. • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. • health insurance contract negotiations.
