• Job Details:Building the Team of QC and determine the qualification of each member.  Building the Quality system for Quality Assurance and Quality Control and Laboratory at site.  Supervises and lead the team for inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.  Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.  Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts and other related procedures.  Preparing and Designs implementation strategies including t-raining, monitoring and improving of quality standards and performance.  Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with Contract requirements  Check for Method Statements for construction works at site.

QA/QC Manger for projectFull Time

• Job Details:Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Contracts Manager of any deficiency. Review QA/QC site organization, key personnel CVs as submitted by the Contractors and advise the Project Director/Manager. Review QA/QC Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements. Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with Contract requirements. Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by Contractor’s QA/QC Manager. Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification. Closely monitor site activities and fully coordinate with PM discipline engineers on a daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance. Participate with PM staff in assessing Concession Requests and Field Design Changes as submitted by Contractor. Participate with PM staff in reviewing the Close-Out Report as submitted by Contractors. Conduct and/or Participate in Client Quality or Technical Compliance Audits for Contractors
