• Job Details:Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.  Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities.  Maintaining and repair of electrical control panels which consist of (PLC, servo motors drives, inverters, contactors, solid state relays…etc).  Maintaining and repair factory assets like packing machine, conveyors, metal detectors, ink jet printers, weight check equipments, etc.  Maintaining and repair of packing machine electrical components like servo motors, induction motors, photo cell, proximity sensors, induction sealing heaters, solenoid valves coil,  Implement of TPM system.  Implement of root cause analysis report.  Prepare a spare parts list for all company equipment.  Prepare and implementation of preventive maintenance plan for all company equipment

• Job Details:Maintenance section head & Deputy maintenance Manager, Key Responsibilities  Implement TPM plan  Present a periodic report to maintenance manager contain maintenance shop daily work.  Present a report to maintenance manager contain any abnormal breakdown and explain why it happened? and how we solved it and also how we will prevent repeated it again.  Make a periodic meeting with maintenance engineers to improve our plan and achieve no breakdown.  Make a periodic meeting with maintenance supervisor and technicians to achieve maintenance plan and solve their problem.  Make a periodic search for a new technology in machine .  Put a plan for a new installation and implement it .  Make a good connection with production department to solve production problems.  Key person for SAP system  Supervision on Repair any machine breakdown  Maintenance of equipment and electrical machinery like Substation, Compressors, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Boiler, Pumps, Welding Machine, Air Tools, Hoists ,air supply unit ,fans ,electrical motors lifter ,firefighting system ,Ovens…...etc.  Put solution to prevent repeat of breakdown  Implement 5S & KAIZEN strategy. ....................................................................................................... Key Achievements:  Working as deputy maintenance manager in a new project (CHANGAN model)  Prepare CHANGAN project equipment& facilities budget.  Working in develop factory machines to growth production rate from 22car/day to 96car/day.  Working in install a new production line to produce a new car model (FOTON) .  Working in prepare a new system (SAP system ) to connect all company departments each other .  Working in prepare a TPM plan for a new equipment which recently come to factory.  Participate in design & implementation of gas oven with its control panel
