9. Handle employees’ insurance procedures through delivering Insurance check to Insurance authority and preparing (Form 2) to ensure adherence to Insurance policy.
10. Administers benefits programs such as life, Health Insurance Handling medical insurance and other duties.
11. Updates employee files to document personnel actions.
12. Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
13. Maintain payroll data files, employee files and payroll reports including salary, benefits, and deductions.
14. Maintain polices and procedures.
15. Works collaboratively with the Organization Effectiveness Manager, business leaders, HR partners And other team members to develop human performance solutions that achieve business outcomes.
16. Partners and engages with assigned client groups to optimize business change efforts by providing consulting support and education on managing change.
17. Builds relationships with HR generalists and business partners.
18. Creates deliverable to further develop the Organization Effectiveness Center of Excellence.
19. Interring all monthly variables (deductions ،V bonuses ،V Leaves- overtime etc...) to ensure that payroll database reflects current and accurate information.
20. Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities, this includes Labor Office And insurance authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
21. Administer leave balance by receiving all leave requests, Updating leave balance in the system, and informing Management with available balance to enable them taking the right action.
22. Dealing with social insurance and make all necessary Calculations.



23. Maintains and encourages good communication within the section, and between the section and other individuals, sections, and departments.
