• Job Details:Supervise, monitor, maintain and implement HSE pre-defined policies. Follow up, record and minimize all health and safety hazards. Supervised the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment. Attending toolbox talks to all workers of particular works before work starts. Ensure the safety equipment and facilities are kept in best conditions. Make sure all the work permit requirements are fulfilled at job site. Educating the workers and supervisors regarding JSA (Job Safety Analysis) prior to work. Responsible to stop all work when an unsafe act or condition is identified, take action to ensure all conditions are safe before the work is resumed. Ensure the proper use, handling storage and maintenance of all safety/personal protective equipment by all field employees on-site. Test and identify work areas potential accident and health issues, implement appropriate control measures. During field visits, observe and monitor compliance with safety corporate programs. Ensure that all field location practices are complying standards for health and safety in the workplace. Ensure the management is notified of safety issues in a timely manner.

• Job Details:Make HSE policies and plans for the project and implement it on-site. Monitored all the policies and supervised the safety on-site. Arranging safety training for the employees when needed. Calculate and generate all safety issue reports. Manage safety audits reports to identify possible hurdles and address potential accidents to the management. Identify risk assessment, analyze the risk or danger and make a detailed list of all the risky activities to minimize these risks at the first stage. Ensure safe environment on-site, protect the environment from unwanted incidents for the workers so that the daily productivity increases. Represent and promote corporate safety goals. Ensure that all field employees have the appropriate up to date safety training certifications while making on-site visits. Conduct on-site safety drills with field personnel as required.
