• Job Details:Conduct functional capacity evaluations to assess patient abilities. Analyze and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure effective treatments and develop new rehabilitation strategies. Utilize a variety of modalities to treat pain, inflammation, and swelling. Prescribe therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Develop individualized home exercise programs to help patients achieve their recovery goals. Educate patients and families on self-management strategies, proper exercise techniques, and injury prevention. Teach patients the proper use of adaptive equipment to enhance mobility and independence. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Design and implement interdisciplinary care plans, leveraging the expertise of other medical specialists.
