• Job Details:Production Specialist in packaging center: >Responsible of ensuring that all processes of packaging and gowning procedures are done according to GMP rules. >Dispensing of secondary packaging materials fromwarehouse. >Perform regular check on the production process line in accordance to the relevant SOPs and safety instructions. >Supervision upon all packaging processes (manual packaging, box overprinting, leaflet folding and cartooning). >Responsible for achieving the production plans. >Ensuring that all required documents such as batch records, machine logs, cleaning records, identification labels text. are filled on the spot and handled in a proper way as stated in the relevant SOPs. >Identify opportunities to use technologies to improve production process. >Reducing the wastage of Raw Material, reducing the quality defect of the product to meet business requirements through the application for focused improvement. >Maintain product quality and safety. >Implement safety work procedures in compliance with HSE regulations through interpreting HSE guidelines to local conditions. >Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. >Review of work areas for Hazarads; be a member of risk assessment team and responsible for action plan review and/or implementation and feedback to management. >handling waste inside production area and till delivery to the waste collection area according to the relevant SOP
