• Job Details:- issue invoices and bills for our clients. - Follow-up of the payment process through contacting clients via phone or e-mail and scheduling payments. - Distribution of bills collectors and delivery boys to our clients in different regions. - Receive the cash and insert it in the cash receipts then in clients' accounts using our accounting system and follow up clients' accounts movements. - Making financial and technical quotations about machines, spare parts and supplies and sending them to existing or potential clients. - Monitor the supplies and spare parts movement and delivery system and provide after-sales service. - Attend exhibitions which the company participates in and involved in the marketing process
