A- Recruitment:

 Act as a vital contact point between clients and candidates
 Communicating effectively with Business Managers to gain a better understanding of clients' industries, business needs and selection criteria in order to match them with the best calibers
 Handle all recruitment tasks appointed by local, international and multinational clients both inside and outside Egypt (Gulf Area: Dubai, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan)
 Thoroughly read job descriptions and start looking for potential candidates with similar or close enough qualifications
 Source, qualify and filter candidates using the company's provided tools (Database, Linkedin, Bayt, WUZZUF, Headhunting, Referrals)
 Post and advertise vacancies on various social media channels
 Receive, review and manage applications submitted on Gulf Bankers Website
 Conduct phone interviews and pre-screening to assess and evaluate candidates.
 Conduct face-to-face interviews upon client's request.
 Headhunt: identify and approach specific candidates for specific top management roles
 Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salaries and benefits of the post in question
 Interview all levels of candidates (Junior, Senior, Managerial and top management) both inside and outside Egypt.
 Set suitable interview appointments between clients and candidates so as to proceed with the recruitment process
 Provide feedback to candidates and include it on candidates' profiles on Gulf bankers database
 Follow up with both candidates and clients throughout the interviewing process until candidates get their offers
 Negotiate offers to meet both parties' expectations.

B- Personnel
 Record and update employees' attendance as well as all types of leaves on the system and conduct daily reports to the finance department that handles the payroll
 Prepare and record overtime hours in order to be added to salaries to eligible employees
 Prepare employment contracts in coordination with the legal department
 Open employees' bank accounts in coordination with the finance department
 Collect all the required employees' documents
 Ensures that all documents in the employees’ files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance.
 Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.

C- Training and Performance Management
 Deliver on-job training to junior recruiters
 Monitor phone and face to face interviews conducted by junior recruiter
 Provide constant performance feedback
 Participate in the quarterly performance evaluation
