• Job Details:• Creatively using multiple channels to recruit candidates, which are not limited to: target: companies, colleges, association meetings, job fairs, and internet and employee referrals? • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes. • Administering employees’ health and welfare plans. • Assisting with new employee hiring processes. • Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions. • Coordinating the HR administrative duties and facilitating the daily HR functions like keeping track of employees’ records and supporting the interview process.
