• Job Details: Making sure the payments are collected on time allocation on SAP, resolving collection discrepancies, and matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.  Generating invoices, customer statements, and checks and maintaining rebates, discounts, and promotions in the SAP system.  Entering E-Invoices data into ETA and review, and verify the accuracy.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports, and collaborate with the collection team to improve the collection process.  Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable, aging, and cash flow.  Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.  Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliation.  Provide support for audits and participate in financial reporting activities as needed.

Accounts Receivable OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:* Execute the daily bills as received from sales reps on the system and communicate them to the Warehouse for packing. * Review Account Statements of cash clients to verify their cash limit and agree on the payment date to clear the account. * Follow up on the weekly client installments to verify set amount was collected and review guarantee cheque against the due bill including the value of current one. * Prepare weekly reports of client account statements and client due payments during the week and client open balance. * Review payment transactions are done by treasury officer on client account which includes cash deposit, and client account statement update with newly posted cheques. * Review cheque dates and values against the agreement between client and sales department. * Review bounced cheques along with the reasons and notify the sales department to coordinate with the client. * Ensure product returns are accurate on account statements.

AccountantFull Time
