• Job Details: -• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of equipments. • Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, maintenance and repairs. • Lead and direct technicians in maintenance, repairing and equipment’s fault diagnoses. • Design and execute system modification when necessary. • Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location. • Provide on-site training to the customers, ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. • Interface with cross functional work teams . • Supervise foremans, technicians and workers at site. • Follow the time plane and develop daily reports. - Design the industrial laundry room with all its utilities (feed water- steam supply- steam return “condensate”- compressed air and drainage) networks. - Assembling, installing, programming, testing and operation of all laundry equipments. - Installing steam boilers, hot water boilers. - Installing all equipments at the boiler`s room as heat exchangers, deaerators, feed tanks, dosing chemical injectors and (feed water, condensate, circulate)pumps. - Designing, Installing steam networks and steam accessories (steam traps, strainers, check valves, pressure reducing station etc.) . - Man power controlling and distributing the work at the site. - Planning for daily site activities and allocation of resources for achieving the target. - Revising designs and as-built with the consultants. - Attending the consultants meetings. - Preparing daily progress report and submitting it to the head office. - Maintenance of all laundry equipments. - Maintenance of boilers. - Fault diagnoses and repair (mechanical-electrical-control-pneumatic ). - Searching local replacement spare parts. - System modification.
