• Job Details:Accounting Payable manager .Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records .Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization .Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables .Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes .Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment .Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. .Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures .Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment .Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files .Type periodic reports and other records .Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments .Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers .Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per .accounting policies and procedures .Reconcile bank statements .Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping .Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors . Hr my role in this position 1 - prepare payroll and all deduction from it every month ( 500 employees) 2- monitor attendance for all staff 3- monitor all document to all staff and what is must be in for each file to all staff 4-monitor all vacation for all staff 5-Develop compensation and benefits plans 6-contribute to create salary and wages budget for new year 7-Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) 8-Review departmental budgets 9-Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

• Job Details:decision maker to anything belong finance and makes reports about customers , suppliers , staff , expenses ,bank , dealing with any governmental establishment like tax sales and income , prepare the all financial statement like balance sheet , income sheet . cash flow , jobs reports per site.

Senior AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Handle Supplier Accounts From Receiving Invoice Until requesting to issue check vouchers or cash( after comparing with purchase order & entry ticket & quality report ) and update their accounts analysis & Inventory control from receiving entry ticket & waybill ending by recording stock card ,& Handle all bank transaction
