• Job Details:Docking Loading / unloading with simultaneous Document Cross Verification. Segregation / Staging / Caging / Picking / Put away. Housekeeping tasks such as co-mingling moves, etc. Resource allocation and optimal utilization. Simultaneous Document Cross Verification for Loading / Unloading. Stock Replenishment – Expiries and Near Expiries (FIFO / FEFO). Solve any problems or delay that may face any shipment or package during the shipping processes. Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logistics. Prepare and review all the needed documents & certificates in all stages. Arrange all the inbound and outbound shipments for all the company departments in all stages. Understand the customer needs and actively using the information to promote excellent service to customer and maximize business efficiency. Ensures the tasks assigned viz. Loading, offloading, Receiving, Segregation, Put away, Picking, Sorting. Commingling, moves, dispatches are conducted smoothly and accurately. Report promptly on tasks completed individually and ensures probable. Discrepancies are bought to the attention of the Team Leader. Interacts with client representatives (driver and hired labor) should the need arise. Responsible for proper usage and preventive maintenance of MHE's under his Purview.
