• Job Details:‌Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials,environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. I‌nterpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release. Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment. Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. Perform visual inspectio‌ns of finished products. Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms. Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses. Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems. Write technical reports or documentation, such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses. Investigate or report questionable test results. Monitor testing procedures to ensure tha‌t all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols. Identify quality problems and recommend solutions. Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective action. Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays. Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions. Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments, vendors, or contractors. Write or revise standard quality control operating procedures. Participate in internal assessments and audits as required. Perform validations or transfers of analytical methods in accordance with applicable policies or guideline. Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved. Prepare or review required method transfer documentation including technical transfer protocols or reports. Review data from contract laboratories to ensure accuracy and re‌gulatory compliance. Develop and qualify new testing methods. Coordinate testing with contract laboratories and vendors.

• Job Details:1-Have good experience in using all instruments in Instrumental Lab. and performing all tests. 2-Very good experience Analysis Finished Product (Tablets, Capsules, Syrup, suspensions, Cream and Ointment). 3-Analysis of finished samples production follows according to USP, BP, ICH, FDA, and WHO guidelines. 4-Have great experience in documentation for the quality control department. Current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) and Certificate. 5-Famirilization and operation of Agilent HPLC model 1100 and chemstation software. 6-Famirilization and operation of Agilent HPLC model 1200 and chemstation software. 7-Famirilization and operation of Agilent HPLC model 1260 and chemstation software. 8-Have good experience in the field of Medical analysis by practicing in many medical Labs. 9-Intensive Course in First aid. 10-Handling and investigating of OOS in analysis of finished product. 11-Good knowledge of GMP and GLP. 12-HPLC Agilent Series 1100 (UV-Detector ) HPLC Series 1200(UV-Detector ) UV/Visible Spectrophotometer HPLC Series 1260(UV-Detector ) Hplc waters and ugly. all types of balances Conductivity meter (Jenway ) Dissolution (Distek), (Hanson),(Erweka) Centrifuge Disintegration (Thermonix ), Hardness Sonicators pH Meter (Hanna, Jenway),
