Maintenance Supervisor

• Job Details:- Conduct regular maintenance of LV panels to ensure their proper functioning. Perform inspections, cleaning, and testing of LV panels, identify and troubleshoot any issues or faults in the LV panels. Using fault analysis techniques, such as megger testing, to identify cable faults. Locate cable faults accurately and determine the necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain and inspect substation equipment like transformers, circuit breakers, and control panels. Ensure proper functioning of substation equipment through regular maintenance activities. Respond promptly to LV consumer complaints and concerns and rectify issues and resolve complaints within a short timeframe to achieve customer satisfaction. Inspect electric vehicle (EV) chargers for any abnormalities or malfunctions. Provide recommendations for corrective actions to the manufacturers. Ensure proper functioning of EV chargers for efficient charging operations. Collaborate with the service team to carry out repairs or upgrades to the EV chargers. Installation of smart meters as part of system upgrades. Verify meter readings to identify abnormalities or fluctuations. Rectify any issues with smart meter readings and ensure accurate measurements. Coordinate and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems and equipment. Ensure materials and manpower are available for completing work orders within the service level agreement (SLA) and engineering standards. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance and effectiveness of emergency maintenance operations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance logs and to update in SAP system.
