PR/Marketing TraineeInternship
Global Food Marketing
Pakistan , Karachi
- Job Details:I trained at Global Food Marketing during Food Africa Exhibition 2017. I was the only trainee there so I managed to do almost everything along with the CEO and 2 of the company's team members.I showed up one day before the exhibition started to help with the booth preparation. I translated (From English to Arabic and vice versa) what their clients needed to inform them with, represented the company by informing client and passer by's about the vision and mission of the company. I documented the new client's information and what they deal in for a chance of more business deals with the company. I also handed out flyers, business cards and catalogues and explained more to people about the product offerings. It was pure PR work as I was enhancing the product's image and representing the company in the most efficient way possible.

Kids Castle Nursery
Jun 2016 - Sep 2016 -3 months

- Job Details:I worked in this position for 3 months in Summer 2015/2016. It was actually really challenging but has taught me so much as we were only 2 teachers for the whole class (15 Students) and a lot of times I was all by myself. I prepared the whole Maths and English Curriculum from scratch in Summer 2015. In 2016, we were following a specific curriculum in English language only. I wasn't only responsible for these 2 subjects only. I also prepared games, told stories with puppets, made science experiments, made arts and crafts, cooking sessions etc...I was even responsible for their health and eating habits along with lots of other things. I was taught how to be creative, make up ideas on the spot, deal with kids from different ages and actually entertain them and keep them busy.
