Shot and streamed live video coverage of events for the brand’s social media and online platforms. Maintained a comprehensive knowledge of AllSaints products in order to deliver exceptional services to clients. Expertly created a rapport and familiarity with customers. Ensured company procedures are followed with regards to cash, premises, stock, and clients. Implemented robust stock replenishment and clearing processes so that all sizes are available at all times. Achieved daily company goals in regards to sales, UPT, ATV, and conversion in store.

Retail & Marketing Head Intern Internship

• Job Details:Through this paid internship I was able to travel to Paris for fashion week while did the following: Worked closely with the Head of Marketing, to insure celebrity exposure from celebrities such as Arizona Muse and Kylie Minogue. Managed all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) while specifically managed to increase Instagram following from 130k to 160k. Used information from Chartbeat to create weekly and monthly reports focusing on performance, trends, and fields for improvement. Worked in tandem with Social Media Manager to disseminate promotions through various platforms. Co-planned Fashion Week cocktail that included Chiara Ferragani, Ellen von Unwerth, Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, and Diala Makki as guests.
