• Job Details:• Helpdesk and support for the end users. • Troubleshooting of desktop /laptop problems (software and hardware). • Installing / configuring IT equipment and software • Installing and configuring local and network printers. • Troubleshooting network issues on desktops/laptops and printer. • Managing AD, integration and up grading with the cooperation of IT team in region “Dubai” • Troubleshooting/fixing network issues with the cooperation of IT team in region “Dubai” • management of project and propose the IT solutions depending of the needs and the adequate technologies • IT ticket management using Remedyforce, SharePoint, SNOW of IBM • End user assistance and training for new software. • Training the new employee on IT system • Remote assistance, troubleshooting of issues using phone, RDC, Lync, Skype for business, LogMeIn • Installation/Configuration of laptops, desktops, iPhones. • Conception and development of new software. • Development of new modules for existing software
