Job Details:• Attached to the Well Engineering System Department. • Constructed a complete drilling program based on the recently drilled well named AU-3. • Covered several key elements aspect in drilling program such as casing design, well cementing and bottom-hole assembly design. • Worked closely with supervisor and senior drilling engineer to come out with appropriate drilling program based on the Petronas drilling guideline. • Analysed the major cause of the Non Productive Time (NPT) for drilling operation in several Petronas Carigali wells in Malaysia. • Sorted out the main NPT event based on their frequency. • Attended a discussion together with a drilling operation team about their project challenges. • Attended Center of Productivity (COP) presentation which is a presentation conducted by senior drilling engineer.

Job Details:• Attached to the Piping Department. • Responsible to developed datasheet of manual valves that has been used in Bekok-C restoration project. • Initiated a data library and compile several number of Material and Equipment Standards and Code (MESC) of manual valves. • Responsible to ensure that piping specification for client are according to the standard issued by ASME or API. • Responsible to assist senior piping engineer in preparing pipe stress analysis report. (The initial phase of the task is to mark several critical points before incorporated them into CAESAR II software.) • Attended meeting with vendor. • Make visual inspection for piping materials. • Submit weekly and monthly report to the head of department.
