• Job Details:- Facilitates the project management of new stores. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams and other key-stakeholders to gather input and develop store layout design and concept solutions that take our business approach to the next level. - Maintains established construction schedules to allow stores to open on time in a professional manner. - Negotiate with Landlords to obtain their approval of drawings and ensure negotiations fall within specific budget parameters. - Manages, monitors, and communicates project schedules, budget guidelines, progress, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and to established expectations. - Oversees contractor and vendor performance during construction phase through site visits and report review. Visits job regularly to perform due diligence and monitor quality aspects of the work being performed by vendors and or contractors. - Oversees bidding process and contract negotiations. Ensures company's contract policies are followed. - Works with other departments to improve processes in support of capital renovations, capital initiative execution, and maintenance of existing stores.

Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Monitoring&Controlling; Time Schedules and progress for contractors . • Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project (ACE departments) which include ( Planning, Controls, Design and Contract ) • Quality assurance during Executing process • Communicate with Owner Representative to meet his Requirements during Executing process • Attend weekly meetings with the parties to the project (the owner, consultant and contractors) to discuss the progress of the work. • Preparing Performance and monthly Reports with my staff. • Solving site problems by finding best economical and technical solutions
