• Job Details:• Preparing project baseline schedule plans. • Preparing and submitting updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress. • Preparing various internal reports like { Projects KPI, WIP, PPMS, look ahead Reports } to help senior management and project manager to mitigate any delay in the project. • Tracking and monitoring progress of all activities and deliverable. • Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly Progress Status Reports using Earned Value Management technique. • Creating and developing various M&C tools seeks to continuous improving performance. • Preparing tenders documents. • Participating in establishing and development technical dashboards of all projects on hand through company website ( www.unimacmain.com ). • Submitting weekly Reports to client/ consultant. • Developing a new target Schedule for the last remaining three months of the project and presenting it to the Client. • Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and sub-contractors

• Job Details:• Monitoring day to day work progress and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Collecting, analyzing and merging forecasts from Production, marketing & sales departments. • Managing, monitor and assure continuity all of the department processes, ensure maximum utilization of resources, in order to maximize the output. • Manage issues & follow up on the Production Plans to meet the volume targets and to achieve low-cost, on-time deliveries as per quality standards. • Manage material requirements planning - MRP techniques. • Mange finished goods stock boundary levels using daily follow up techniques and by adjusting the supply plans to assure keeping the available stock within the required levels.
