Senior HSE Supervisor

• Job Details:Conducts investigations of all accidents and near misses. Conducts job hazard analyses. Performs emergency response drills. Coordinates for work permits and conducts permit compliance audits. Ensures the implementation of client HSE requirements. Prepares and submits daily, weekly and monthly reports. Registers all work permits in soft copy and hard copy. Reviews HSE requirements, risk assessments and permit to work procedures. Checks appropriate maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment. Checks site security, fire and first aid. Prepares and submits HSE statistics. Ensures tool box talk done and fit for purpose. Implements HSE policies, practices and procedures for all work activities and continuously monitors, reviews and evaluates the HSE aspects of all job procedures. Investigates, analyzes and documents all accidents, near misses and loss-producing incidents to avoid recurrence. Organizes and conducts regular HSE inspections of construction site, yard, workshop, installations and other potentially hazardous areas. Performs safety awareness campaigns for company employees and plans emergency drills. Ensures that all employees are equipped with necessary protective clothing and equipment. Identifies hazards of construction site and recommends control measures. Conducts tool box talks for each day before starting of work. Rig inspection and acceptance. Checks emergency response equipment or well control equipment. Checks routine daily, weekly and monthly inspection and check for rig equipment. Checks all lifting equipment on the rig. Conducts training and drills for different emergency scenarios; and any other HSE duties as may be reasonably required assisting in HSE inspections and audits. Reviewing and improving current HSE plans. Supervises and monitors safe plant/well production operations; maintenance; shutdown.
