Following up on violation benchmark and improvement trends. Provides feedback to service team according to issues identified by retrieving telemetry data. Works with other team in developing new models to identify slightest of issue with major components at earliest and verifies them by matching telemetry data and normal behaviour of machine.

• Job Details:Commissioning of new drill machines at site. Auditing of drill machines to check ongoing issues and create work order of the same to ensure health and reliability of drill machine. Kaizen on machines. Maintained auditable documents of machines. Provided DD and DL machines training to contract employees. Guided operators in carrying out pre shift checks on daily basis and identifying issues. Supervised contract employees while attending breakdown of machines and solving critical issues. Performed individual troubleshooting in underground to ensure smoother operation of machine. Attended meeting with customer to understand their need and drill plan and requirement of machine. Planning of replacement and corrective actions to be done under specified time. Creating ideas to do task in a cost and time effective way. Replaced major components like engine, axle, hydraulic pumps of drill machines. Attended running breakdowns of LOHA and Drill machines in UG. Maintained MTTR and MTBF and suggested ideas in improving the ratios. Carried overhaul of boom and feed of DD321 and feed overhaul of DL321 and DL421. Performed CAN bus related troubleshooting on DL321 and DL421. Also did PLC based troubleshooting on DD321, DL321 and DL421.

Attended breakdown related to hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical failure both on surface as well as underground. Performed task on machine while maintaining safety as 1st priority and delivering quality work within specified time window. Replaced entire feed assembly of DL321on site Machines involved while working were DS311, DD321, DL321. LH517, LH621, TH430, TH550 and TH 663i.
