• Job Details:Responsible for Managing & Coordinating all maintenance activities in KOZZIKA Workshop (Metro Line 1) & AL SALAM Workshop (Metro Line 3) for depot equipment & Power supply for our clients to sustain workflow inside site and fulfilled all requirements and items to finalize and handover all project to our client. AL SALAM Workshop (Metro Line 3) Project: - • Communicate with our client & operation for their comments on depot equipment’s. • Responsible for managing all resources of the project. • Planning to fulfill all requirements of the project to hand it over within a due date. • Monitor budgets of the project as planned. • Leading a team of Engineers to sustain maintenance & FTO handover. KOZZIKA Workshop (Metro Line 1) Project: - • Communicate with our clients for requirements and approvals and comments related to project. • Generating & implementing Preventive Maintenance for equipment’s and power supply stations for workshop site (Mechanical & Electrical). • Identified spare parts stocks and setting a budget. • Monitoring for budgets of the project and set priorities. • Negotiate with supplier for spare parts prices and services. • Perform supplier selectivity locally according to pricing and quality. • Coordinate supplier services with our client. • Manage all bills and payments for this project. • Responsible for site local spare parts and consumables (petty cash). • Monitor & controlling KZK main inventory items and quantities and setting capacity. • Communicate OEM to handling purchasing consumables and solving critical issues. • Initiating and Monitoring equipment spare parts stock based on equipment analysis and OEM recommendation. • Responsible for managing all resources (manpower) & training of team inside site. • Tracking all permits required for all maintenance team. • Reviewing all items required to handover project and requesting remaining items (equipment’s, tools……etc.). • Handed over this project to our client & started a maintenance contract.
