• Job Details:• Identify needs through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from stakeholders, diving into data, and competitive analysis. • Clarifies and articulates customer needs to ensure proposed solution is aligned to customer requirements. • Define product vision, objectives & roadmap then decomposes into a number of user stories and records it in the product backlog. • Develop business models • Provide maximum value by identifying the MVP & prioritize product and customer requirements. • Develops a structured development plan from Inception to Delivery and provides vision and direction to the development team. • Drive product discovery & development. • Measure the success, engage the customer to enhance conversion & Scale the product. • Work with Marketing in depth to create external messaging for product. • Defining targeted Persona's & high level persona use cases. • Builds analytics& Explores data to find new patterns and relationships to formalizes business processes. • Creation of resources and guidance for Sales/Marketing team.

• Job Details:• Leading R&D efforts of education from its inception to develop a range of new products • Building and implementing a detailed research work plan to fulfil department's research objectives • Working to improve and expand company's products and services • Providing technical leadership to direct and manage product development. • Participate in systems analysis and design. • Developing prototypes for range of products based on education technologies • Integrate E-Learning products with each other and with other systems such as (SIS, LDAP and mail) • Administering LMS and LCMS systems; Blackboard, Moodle, and eXact LCMS • Handling pre-sales activities in the e-Learning business line
