• Job Details: Manage complete procurement functions to include pre-solicitation process, liaise with user department for clarifications if any, RFQ process, proposal evaluations, negotiations and post award discrepancies &change orders  Maintained current understanding of pricing structures, market conditions and trends in industry.  Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in procurement, logistics and Warehousing to meet objectives of the department  Review Purchase Orders based on valid Purchase Requisitions and compliance with terms  Analyse purchasing trends and suggest improvement measures for the overall benefit of the organization.  Getting quotations for all materials needed by the company departments and branches  Comparing supplier quotations to get the best offer for the company  Negotiating prices and delivery periods with suppliers  Maintained effective and lasting vendor relationships through dynamic communication, collaboration and intelligent questioning skills.  Collecting quotation from suppliers during tender period  Plans and scheduling materials delivery to be matching with the project's needs and the storage capacity  Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance  Implement policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and professional operation consistent with corporate vision  Follow up materials supply with company branches and sites  Reduced downtime in warehouse operations by ensuring reorders were aligned with store sales and backlog.  Responsible to follow up warehouse procedures and documents  Responsible to assure that all goods arranged in the right place in the store  Responsible to follow all procurement and store documents with internal and external auditors  Utilizing procurement module on ERP (Oracle application)
