• Job Details:• Managing the company’s big accounts. • Handling outbound operational activates. • In charge the company’s quality level & customer’s satisfaction. • In charge of the communication with our suppliers to assuring our high level of satisfaction and special request. • Manage and follow up on junior account managers. • In charge of handling all International conference registration. • Follow up on filling all booking cases and SPO Authorization . • Monitor company’s profit. • In charge of the training of the new comers. • Manage, follow up and handle all flight ticket through Amadeus system (issuing, Re-issue and Refund) and online flight systems. • Manage, follow up and handle all hotel bookings through different suppliers to provide the best and the cheapest rate to our accounts. • Handling local and International Transfer, meet & assist and pick up service • Handel all the day to day operations, such as, but not limited to; travel visa issuance, Travel Insurance service, local group requests, packages and local and international Conference

Senior Travel ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:• Handling outbound operational activates • Handling local group request and meetings packages • Responsible for local and international transfer’s reservations. • Follow up and mounting all the Hotel’s reservations do through our various online systems. • Filling all the finial cases and calculate the profit. • Responsible for the follow up in the travel visa issuance (appointment and documentation) • Planning & Mounting the collection and set payments plan. • Managing our corporate hotel’s requests • Handling company’s emergency cases • Handling the official invoice with Banks, and all the corporate customers. • Responsible for the accuracy of our database.

Travel ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:• Handling the Company’s budgeting. • Planning & prioritizing the collection/payments plan. • Handling the official invoice with Banks, and all the corporate customers. • Responsible for all of the Company’s Administration. • Following up with our suppliers and costumer to assuring our high level of satisfaction. • Responsible for managing and operating on the travel online systems such as, HotelBeds, DOTW, Vanilla tours. • Responsible for handling and booking all the local reservations. • Responsible for the follow up on the travel visa issuance. • Handling the day to day predicament. • Responsible for the accuracy of our database
