• Job Details:ICARDA research and innovation strategy focuses on climate change science to address evolving agricultural challenges for farmers and countries. It leverages technological advancements such as genome editing, artificial intelligence.  Liaises with partnering institutions including ARC, DRC, and NWRC to discuss the context within which the relevant technology could be presented and discussed with farmers.  Mobilize and train the agronomists to facilitate discussions on selected technologies, and to document and report on the core discussion points.  Develop and monitor the delivery of key messages to targeted farmers.  Engage Entrepreneur Rural Access (ERA) youth to targeted communities in rural areas for knowledge sharing  Submit periodic reports to the project manager at ICARDA consolidated with key deliverable of 1000 beneficiaries (men and women) and assessing the outcomes.  Produce a final report on all the activities conducted and outputs generated through the Project.

Entrepreneur Rural Access (ERA) Team Leader, knowledge Hub Centers for Organic Agriculture Project Officer – North Africa in Access Agriculture AISBL - Brussels – BelgiumFull Time

• Job Details:Access Agriculture (AA) is mainly undertaking development activities to help small scale farmers to improve their livelihoods through Digital Agricultural Extension methods.  lead 22 Entrepreneurial Rural Access (ERAs) youth teams in Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia for the digital agriculture extension tools, methodologies and developing rural entrepreneurships for youth, men, and women.  Develop suitable training and coaching activities in terms of Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) and, Rural and Agricultural Development to ERAs both in person and virtual.  Supervise ERAs and 100 small-scale farmers for creating land consolidation.  Develop network and linking strategies between ERA teams with national and international partners to share experiences and knowledge management.  Exploring pluralistic agricultural extension system to public agricultural extension organization for adoption.  Enhance civil society (ERA model) to promote agro-ecological and organic agriculture collaboratively with public extension authorities.  Develop MEAL activities of the ERAs work using digital methodologies.  Finalize qualitative and quantitative reports (technical and financial) for the three countries.

Agricultural and Social development SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:EACDP is mainly undertaking inclusive development activities in the poorest and marginalized areas in Egypt jointly with the international world food program.  Conducting and reporting field studies to assess needs of Bedouin communities in the Northern region of Egypt in terms of territorial (economic, social, agricultural and climatic) adoption aspects.  Engaging the community development agencies in which enhancing and exchange the inclusive development strategies through adopting the rural community entrepreneurs.  Designing joint programs between ECDAP/WFP and the civil society organizations to create resilient communities (9,11,13 SDG`s).  Developing training curricula to create entrepreneurs in agriculture extension, climate change and socio-economic.  Reporting the suggested activities to rehabilitate the community development leader's entrepreneurship and innovation in smart climate agriculture.  Monitor and evaluate the ongoing agricultural activities and its social climate impacts the beneficiates venues.
