• Job Details:- Responsible for handling customer's requests for modifying or canceling their reservations, correcting name mistakes, creating reservations - Answer customer queries, as well as probe the customer to obtain a full understanding of what information is being requested. - Handling travel agencies inquiries and problems - Provide end-to-end support when it comes to Involuntary Flight Schedule change. - Assist customers for creating reservation by Frequent Flier with Egypt Air & Star Alliance and for any information related to their Frequent Flyers
