• Job Details:• Accounts payable – include matching invoices with purchase order database and processing • Accounts receivable – includes invoicing and receives payments • Stock control • Petty cash – include payments & reconciliation •prepare financial statements including monthly management reports, end of month report, Quarter and semiannual reports and P&L reports • Analyses operating expenses and taxes on monthly and annual basis • General filing and archiving • Bank reconciliation for two different currencies bank accounts.
