Also, the competitors’ prices and capacities in the same field. Coordinating with other departments within a company, such as marketing or finance, to ensure that all relevant parties have been informed of the project’s status. Developing proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of deal. Reporting on project status to top management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project.
