Job Description * Responsible of project management in the Governmental District. * Coordination between owner, contractors, and supervision consulting firms. * Checking and following project’s schedule plans. * Following project’s costs, materials, and resources. * Preparing correspondences, and progress reports (weekly, and monthly). * Responsible of handing over the project’s deliverables, during the Close-out phase, ensuring full compliance to client’s requirements.

Senior construction engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: 6th October City Monorail Project 6 El-mansouria Station – Zone 4 Project scope: * Construction of the Station building on piles, pile caps, and piers. * Construction of the Switch box building on piles, pile caps, and piers * Construction of the Monorail track of 2.8 km on 112 mono piles, 141 piers, 141 pier caps, and 280 guide rail beams. Job description: * Responsible of the Dilapidation survey works coordination * Responsible of the preparation and arrangement of the site mobilization * Responsible of the coordination of the equipment, tools, formworks, and man power * Responsible of all construction processes * Collaboration in the construction works in Ring Road Station

Project coordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:* Coordination between all firms working in the project. * Preparing Correspondences, analysis, studies, and progress reports. * Preparing Bill of Quantities B.O.Q., and revising contractor’s invoices. * Preparation and supervision for Geotechnical Investigations. * Checking the schedule plans prepared by the contractors. * Checking and following the materials submittals review (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ... Etc.). * Construction supervision for reinforced concrete structures and repair works.
