Installation of steam boiler 6 ton with it’s (pumps, lines, safety valves, burner …). Complete Installation of 2 new reactors for polymer factory with their (lines, pumps, valves, sensors, heating& cooling system, auxiliary tanks, blenders, storage tanks,..) Installation of compressor with it,s lines and pressure tank. Installation of several types of pumps (centrifugal, gear, piston& air) Installation of complete Resin factory

• Job Details:Responsible of operation and maintain treatment unit Making check list for all machine Schedule for spare parts and follow up the warehouse Follow up all the outside contractors and workshops Responsible of mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation Responsible of all welding work Reviewing the BOQ for all the mechanical items Purchase orders for all the mechanical items Preparing budget for all the engineering projects and spare parts Monitoring all the engineering projects and maintenance plan
