• Job Details:EXPERIENCE: technical office Engineer at Arabian group for Investment. “AGI Company “ From October - 2014 Till Now.  Site Engineer ( in Town Star Mall at Obour City)  Site Engineer ( in German industrial complex at Obour City) RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor all quality related activities at site. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as per specifications. Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues. Overseeing health and safety matters on site. Preparing reports as required. Inspection and supervision on construction works as well as arrangement all the activities with the main contractor. Attend Meetings held between Project Managers, register requirements and follow-up with PMs until pending tasks are completed. Study the Tender Documents, B.O.Q, and Specifications & Drawings and advise the Inquiry contractor of any discrepancies. Check the quality and insure the implementation was as planned. Documenting all aspects of work progress (daily and monthly reports).  Analyze daily and operational tasks to enhance the current performance. Providing (contractor) technical details for any site request may not be clear in drawings. Review and check of technical submittals offered by contractors. Contractor’s & consultant’s Evaluation. Preparing of technical proposals, submittals and reports. Cost control for all items and break down of it. Checking up of certificates for all subcontractors. Preparation of pre feasibility study for all new projects.
