• Job Details:At Mansoura branch we haven't (first or second )manager so who have EBA account he is authorized and first responsible I get an EBA account after 3 months and I have to follow everything at my store starting from 1- reports and following cover for each section 2- best seller and worst seller and what I can do with V.M team to change worst 3- stock operation and models cover & acceptance for new shipment 4- advance and closing our expenses every week 5- revise our store P&L every month and how can we make a new achievement 6- target and how we control UPT and SPT 7- meeting with the team 2 times every month and discus our achievement 8- individual meeting with every one of the team ( man to man ) to improve ourselves

• Job Details:I have to direct all operational aspects including customer service, human resources administration and sales Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans Meet goals and metrics Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and Penetration

assistant branch managerFull Time

• Job Details:The assistant branch manager relives the branch manager from workload by undertaking various tasks and ensuring their execution in a proper manner. , So I have to supervise the activities of the staff in the front office and back office, maintain a professional environment in the branch and ensure that all the employees are properly groomed and dressed accordingly and looks after the customer service and sales of the branch and have to be present for the assistance to the staff, customers and the manager on a given day. Communicates with the irate customers and resolves their complaints. In case the sales figures are dropping or the sales team is not able to communicate with the customers, then I have to take initiative and guide the sales personnel to handle the customers efficiently and provide them all the information sought. Looks after the problems faced by the staff and resolves any conflicts that may hamper the functioning of the branch. Communicates with the vendors and other technicians in case there is a problem with the systems and equipment's in the branch. Works with the branch manager to devise strategies for improving the overall performance and briefs the staff on new policies and practices that needs to be adopted
