- Job Details:• Supervise Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator. • Supervise recruitment process to ensure the quality of calibers and the average time to fulfill the open vacancies as per the recruitment policy. • Conduct interviews for all levels a cross the company. • Conduct & Implement the annual Training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with the Management line and performance development review. • Search and select the suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training sessions. • Execute the training plan, evaluate the training provider and employee performance after each training. • Update the Job Description in terms of Purpose, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Competencies to be interpreted to the existing employees and the new comers. • Develop the HR policies and procedures guide to be clear to the employees. • Create Organizational Structure for each department. • Assist in the Performance Management system.

- Job Details:•••Recruitment & Hiring: Perform all the recruitment process through many appropriate recruitment channels. Select the high qualified calibers through accurate screening and filtering CVs Scheduling English & Technical tests for selected candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews based on the organization’s competencies. Arrangement face to face interviews with the line managers and final interview with GM. Create job offers template and send to the new hires Ensuring that all the personnel hiring process is adequate and on time. Conduct National Technology orientation for new hires. •••Training and Performance: Handle the implementation process for the training plan for the staff Follow up with training providers to facilitate the training process Evaluate the instructor’s performance and the effectiveness of the training programs through the questionnaire and discussion with participants. Prepare training assessment report after each training Implement the Probation Period Evaluation Process Plan and implement the annual Performance Appraisal. Maintain and develop proper filing systems for employees’ performance appraisal files. •••Organization Development: Develop the organization charts in terms of departments, positions and employees. Develop job descriptions for all positions in the company Responsible for all the required forms and reports to be communicated to the social insurance (Form 1, Form 6). Make sure that the sick leaves attached with the original medical reports and the date submitted is relevant with it. Responsible for issuing HR letters, training certificates and needed certificates for employee’s registrations in Register.
