Prepare training assessment report after each training
Implement the Probation Period Evaluation Process
Plan and implement the annual Performance Appraisal.
Maintain and develop proper filing systems for employees’ performance appraisal files.
•••Organization Development:
Develop the organization charts in terms of departments, positions and employees.
Develop job descriptions for all positions in the company
Responsible for all the required forms and reports to be communicated to the social insurance (Form 1, Form 6).
Make sure that the sick leaves attached with the original medical reports and the date submitted is relevant with it.
Responsible for issuing HR letters, training certificates and needed certificates for employee’s registrations in Register.
