• Job Details:Recording all financial transactions accurately in the general ledger. Ensuring that bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable align with internal records. Preparing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and OE statements. Coordinating the closing process at the end of each month and fiscal year, including journal entries and adjustments. Ensuring the company’s tax obligations are met, including preparing reports for tax filings. Calculating cost and establishing cost center for various company activities. Providing necessary documentation for internal audits. Processing payroll, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries and benefits. Established accounting for the company.

Inventory Controller

• Job Details:Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the Odoo system. Update product, vendor and inventory details as necessary. Review of the purchasing cycle on Odoo: review the addition authorization to the warehouse with the purchase order and the price quotation issued by the purchasing department, then issue purchase invoices on Odoo. Review the sales and procurement process in Odoo: review the warehouse delivery order with the procurement order, then issue sales invoices in Odoo. Review the internal transfer to our warehouses.
