• Job Details:job responsibilities 1-Following-up of the daily productivity through the receipt permits of the stores and making a daily inventory of them at the product level, the batch level, and the day’s level and making a match at the end of each month on the stores and production departments. 2 -Daily monitoring of the raw materials and packaging materials spent for the production section and matching what was consumed in the production process daily and at the end of each patch calculating what is spent and the consumer compares it with what was produced and determining the diffractions and communicating with the production manager in case of any diffractions to address the problems and avoid falling into them again. 3- Daily following-up of the rejected product and determining the cause and number, making a month-level analysis of the reject, and discussing the reasons of the reject with the production manager and the director of engineering department and trying to solve these reasons logistically 4- Following the downtime daily and making both daily and monthly analysis of its causes and divide the downtime to Planned D.T and unplanned D.T and analyzing the unplanned to find out its repeated causes solving them. 5- The representative of the financial department in following up the execution of the expired or damaged products or materials and make a report about them. 6 -Doing the work of the factory manager once a week (night manager) to give logistical support and monitor the factory during the evening and the night shifts. 7-The representative of the financial department in the general supervision of the factory 8- General supervision of the committees for the inventory of materials and packaging materials 9 -General supervision of all annual inventory committees
