Quality Control Engineer & Team Leader

• Job Details:Lead the day-to-day activities of the quality control department. Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with company & regulatory standards. Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Review quality reports, inspection requests, and non-conformance reports. Ensure implementation of GMP & GHP on production area. Inspection and receiving raw material according to Egyptian standards. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality systems, process control, and food safety standards. Examine the product & ensure that it meets the required standards. Follow up on the product & ensure its validity & compliance with the required specifications. Review the final product in terms of weight & quality & make daily follow-up reports for the product. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prevent quality deviation. Participate in training production staff on quality assurance principles and food safety standards. Follow up sensory evaluation, chemical, physical, microbiological tests on products.

Agricultural Engineer

• Job Details:Worked in the sector as a quality engineer supervising in all agriculture products, irrigation and fertilization techniques, pest control and soil management health practices. Helped the company to optimize its crop yields while minimizing environmental impact.
